Can I cancel my order?

If you order over the phone or on-line you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

To cancel an order please call Wootton Industries Limited on +44 (0)1709 769420 to arrange for the goods to be returned subject to our Returns Policy.


How do I return an item I ordered online?

As long as the item is unused and in the original packaging, you can return it by post using the address on our contact page, please ensure that the goods are sent by registered post or carrier and ensure that the goods must be signed for by Wootton Industries Limited. See our refund policy for full details. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Should you return goods to Wootton Industries Limited or one of our suppliers and you have not sent the goods by registered post we will not accept responsibility for items getting lost in the post.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

How do I get a refund once I have returned an item?

Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods via registered post. The refund will be credited to the payment card account that it was originally debited from.
